No any experience required! The complete package can make an impressively large decorations in a short amount of time. Ribbons, glue dots, and balloon arch strips are all included in the package.
1. Don't overfill the balloon especially in hot weather. (just fill it to 80% is fine)
2. Thread the balloons alternately through the holes on both sides and add more with glue dots
3. Inflate as shown
