No any experience required! The complete package can make an impressively large decorations in a short amount of time. Ribbons, glue dots, and balloon arch strips are all included in the package.
1. Don't overfill the balloon especially in hot weather.(just fill it to 80% is fine)
2. Thread the balloons alternately through the holes on both sides and add more with glue dots
3. Inflate as shown
